Precision you can
see for yourself

Advanced technology makes dentistry more precise, more comfortable and more predictable. Every scanner, camera and imaging system in our Newbury Park practice exists for one reason: to let you see what we see, and to plan treatment around it.

The Standard We Work To

Better information produces better dentistry. Digital diagnostics let us plan before we treat — and show you the reasoning behind every recommendation.

Precise

Digital capture removes the tolerances of physical impressions and film. Restorations fit the first time more often.

Comfortable

Scanning replaces trays and material. Lasers and ultrasonics replace a good deal of scraping and cutting.

Predictable

Three-dimensional planning means implant position, alignment and aesthetics are decided before treatment begins.

Six systems that
change the visit

Each of these tools replaced something slower, messier or less certain. Below is what they do and what changes for you in the chair.

013D Cone Beam CT

A full three-dimensional view of bone, nerve pathways and sinus anatomy. We use it to plan implant placement, evaluate wisdom teeth and assess anatomy that a standard X-ray flattens out of view.

02iTero Scanner & Digital Impressions

A handheld wand builds an accurate digital model of your teeth in minutes. No trays, no impression material, and the file goes straight to the lab or to Invisalign without a physical step in between.

03Digital Smile Design

Cosmetic work is designed and reviewed before anything is prepared. Proportion, midline and shape are decided collaboratively, so the outcome is agreed on rather than discovered.

04Laser Dentistry

Soft tissue lasers handle gum contouring, periodontal therapy and a range of minor procedures with less bleeding and a gentler recovery than a scalpel approach.

05VELscope Oral Cancer Screening

A fluorescence screening that reveals tissue changes below the surface, beyond what a visual exam catches. Fast, painless and part of a thorough hygiene appointment.

06Digital & Panoramic X-Rays

Immediate images at a fraction of the radiation of film, displayed chairside at full size. Panoramic views capture the whole arch, jaw joints and developing teeth in one pass.

How a Visit Runs

From scan to
treatment plan

Diagnostics come first. We capture a complete picture before anything is recommended, then walk through it with you on screen — so the plan is a conversation, not a verdict.

01
Capture

Digital radiographs, intraoral photography and, where the case calls for it, a 3D cone beam scan.

Cone Beam CT, Digital X-Rays
02
Review

We look at the images with you on the operatory screen and explain what each one shows.

Intraoral Cameras
03
Design

Restorative, implant or cosmetic work is modelled digitally and adjusted before any preparation.

04
Treat

Treatment follows the plan, with sedation and laser options where they make the visit easier.

Comfort

Less time in the chair,
less to recover from

Soft tissue lasers, ultrasonic scalers and digital impressions reduce the parts of dentistry patients dread most — the trays, the scraping, the second appointment to redo something. Sedation options, including IV sedation, are available for patients who need them.
