If you’re in pain, bleeding, or have a broken tooth, call our main line first — after-hours instructions will guide you from there.
Common Questions
Before you call
The questions we hear most from new and existing patients.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major PPO insurance plans and file claims on your behalf. Call our office and we’ll verify your specific benefits before your visit.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Ask about our in-house membership plan, which covers routine cleanings and exams plus a discount on other treatment for one flat annual fee.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Most new patients are seen within a week, and we keep same-day slots open for urgent concerns.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you’re currently taking.
Do you see children?
Yes — we welcome patients of all ages and can usually see the whole family on the same visit.
What if I have an emergency after hours?
Call our main line. After-hours callers receive instructions for reaching the on-call provider.
