We accept most major PPO insurance plans and will file most claims for you as a courtesy.
We recommend that you contact our office prior to your appointment to provide us with insurance information for verification of benefits. That way, we can tell you what your plan covers before you are sitting in the chair, rather than after.
We will provide you with an explanation of your dental benefits and financial responsibilities upfront, and work with you to ensure financing if needed. If a treatment plan needs to be sequenced across coverage years to make the most of your annual maximum, we will lay that out for you too.

Before you book anything
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major PPO plans. Call us with your carrier and group number and we will confirm before you come in.
Are you in network?
We are in network with many PPO plans and out of network with a few. Out-of-network does not always mean higher cost, and we will show you the difference in writing.
What if I have no insurance?
Ask about the membership plan, which covers preventive visits for a yearly fee, or use one of the financing options above.
When do I pay?
Your portion is due at the time of service. If a plan is being financed, that is arranged before treatment begins.
Will you tell me the cost first?
Always. No treatment is scheduled before you have seen a written estimate and agreed to it.
